Synopsis- An interesting twist on the long thought fairy tale, the Huntsman (formerly a widowed drunkard soldier) is ordered to find the escaped Snow White (the orphan child of the once valiant king). Bring her to the Queen to have her heart ripped out, thus, solidifying the Evil Queens power forever (along with her pedophiliac brother). Soon the Huntsman joins Snow White in her request to end the Evil Queens reign with the help of some dwarfs.

Now its worth nothing that this film was based on the German version of Snow White and not the Disney version because we all know that Disney has a penchant for white-wahing everything and making everything peachy.

This film was directed by Rupert Sander (the guy, it was later discovered, that Kristen Stewart may of had a sex affair with, thus the reason she get roles). This film also stars Charlize Theron, Chris Hemsworth, Evan Daugherty, John Lee hancock, Hossein Amini and Sam Claflin.

I also think its worth nothing that Charlize Theron will remain the most beautiful one of all in that film because compared to the greasy haired Stewart- she is simply beautiful. Now, I am not trying to add insult to injury but Stewart should question her own life choices and decide to change either her career or take fewer roles because it is a little known fact that most actresses and actors sleep with Directors, Executives, producers etc to get roles because it is very competitive. Personally, i would have picked Megan Fox (before the baby) because she is beautiful in her own right- not saying Stewart is not o.k.

I honestly feel sorry for Stewart because she has probably have been whored out since she was a child because I saw her younger pictures and she looked like a depressed little boy then. I honestly, feel for her because she is probably tired of this life thus the perpetual look of depression on her face.

Getting back to the film, this film was not that bad. Charlize Theron made a beautiful witch and cold but great job. Chris Hemsworth can seem to do no evil not look it because it looks good in just about everything that he is in. Stewart, to be honest, did not butcher this role- I think she did a good job and should be commended because the storyline supported the looks, tiredness and irony that will always be Kristen Stewart.

The take on this long fabled story was very intriguing and it will be interesting to see the future spinoffs- hopefully they will stick with the original casts overlooking certain discretions because the quickest way to tank any spinoff is to hang the “natives”.

Overall, I would give this film a B+ because, although its not for children- teenagers and parents will be intrigued by the storyline the plot and the constant action. The movie was light on language, sex etc and heavy on telling a story. The only issue that I thought was weird was the incest implication because the guy said hat Snow White was Prince Williams sister but I may have been high on the buttery popcorn fumes and misunderstood the dialogue. Either way, a great movie but not for children.
