No mention of The Professional? I’m shocked and dismayed.
When I think about the films she’s been in, there really isn’t a great deal in the nearly twenty years she’s been acting that I’d consider all that great, aside from the films you mentioned in your five.
Duly noted.. thanks for the suggestion. I typically center these lists on films in which the actor/actress is a center of influence. The Professional is an awesome movie… looked past it because I didn’t immediately connect it with her. Agree, she has a limited list of credits at this point, but the films she has done have generally been successful.

Shocked that THE PROFESSIONAL isnt high up on that list! It is regarded as one of the greatest breakout performances of a child actor, worthy of an Academy Award nomination!
If anything, THE PROFESSIONAL is the first movie any Portman fan will think of when thinking of her.
Black Swan? Great performance, but it aint got nothing on the young Mathilda in THE PROFESSIONAL!
